A postgraduate degree in Spain

In my previous post, I have counted a little of what I want to do in a future when I finish journalism. But for that there is not much left and that’s why  I have been seeing some off possibilities of postgraduate degree in critical theory or sociology of communication in differents university in Europe because that’s where those areas of study were born.  

As my parents live in Spain I want to do a postgraduate degree in there, not necessarily in their city, but in a place where we can be closer.

This year when I went to Madrid, I took advantage of knowing the Complutense University of Madrid where they have a master in social communication. Nevertheless, I researched about many universities in spain and the one I like the most is the University of Sevilla, because they have a master of communication and culture. Which addresses differents theories of communication and cultural studies, just the area that I like.  Besides it’s a university with a lot of prestige in academic research, so it would serve me very much.

For my it’s important make a postgraduate degree at finish journalism, because  I don’t want to practice like journalist, so that I need a master and a doctorate to work as researcher and in the future to do classes. My dream, after studying in Spain, it’s to be able to do a doctorate in England, because it’s the best country for study the critical theory and culture studies. For while I will apply for a scholarship to pay my studies in Spain.
